• Using these metal cards in ATM machines or any machines requiring full card insertion is not recommended. Since metal cards weigh more than plastic ones, ATMs may not have the required force and some of these machines may have issues ejecting the card and potentially leading to card entrapment. It is advisable to only use them in machines where part of the card remains exposed for retrieval in case of entrapment.
• You can configure your smartphone for contactless payments (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.) to access ATM machines. Bank representatives can assist you with this if needed.
• In the event of a metal card becoming stuck in these machines, visit the branch with your ID to retrieve your card.

• EMV Chip:

Yes, EMV Chip insertion will be 100% funcional. The installation of the chip is pretty simple, we have a video showing the step-by-step process.

It depends which option you choose at checkout.

• Contactless Payment:

Unfortunately the contacless payment will not work anymore. However, if you prefer, you can always utilize your smartphone to activate "tap and pay" functionality, allowing you to retain this option.

It depends whether you choose a customized product or a product from out catalog. For Catalog products, typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery. For customized products, typically 5-7 business days.
